Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?

Call our Concrete Dispatch team at (907) 488-2388. Have your delivery address, driving directions to your site, and yardage estimate ready.

What are your delivery hours?

We typically deliver Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 5:00 pm. In the summer we are also open Saturday and - on special occasions - Sunday.

Our seasonal schedule may shift, so ask about current availability when you call.

Do you deliver to my area?

We cover Fairbanks and North Pole with no delivery charges. For areas outside our standard zone, we charge per truck. Call us for a quote on your location.

What are my payment options?

We accept VISA/MasterCard for purchases (3% service charge applies). For larger projects a credit account may be set up (subject to credit terms and conditions). See Credit Policy.

What’s a will-call order?

A will-call order means you’re requesting concrete on short notice rather than scheduling in advance. We can do it, but it needs confirmation:

  • Before 9 am: Confirm by 3 pm the day before

  • 9 am onward: Confirm at least 2 hours ahead

Confirmations help us hold your spot. If we don’t get confirmation, we may reassign your delivery time.

Do you have standing orders?

Yes. Standing orders work the same way as will-calls—they need regular confirmation and active use. We’ll work with you, but consistent communication keeps everything on track. If a standing order goes unconfirmed or unused, we may need to remove it to make room for active jobs.

What counts as a full load?

5 or more yards is a full load. Loads under that are subject to a short load charge. Exception: if you order a load plus a cleanup load, there’s no short load fee on that first cleanup.

How much yardage should I order?

Give us your maximum quantity upfront. We can usually accommodate small overages, but going significantly over your estimate can slow service and may add charges.

What if my delivery takes longer than expected to unload?

Unloading beyond 5 minutes per cubic yard may incur standby charges, unless we’ve quoted something different ahead of time.

What if a truck gets stuck on my jobsite?

It’s rare, but it happens. If a truck gets stuck due to ground conditions or access issues, wrecker service and recovery costs are the customer’s responsibility.

I’m worried about site access. Can you help assess it?

Absolutely. We can visit your jobsite ahead of time to check access and logistics, at no charge. Call us at (907) 488-2388 to set that up.

What if my driver feels unsafe accessing my site?

Safety is non-negotiable. Our drivers are trained to prioritize safety above all else. If a driver has concerns, they won’t proceed, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
